Late Arrivals
We value all our clients’ time. If you arrive late for your appointment, we are unable to extend the session. Your service will be provided within the originally scheduled timeframe.

Cancellation/No Show
We kindly request a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to the full session fee.

Massage Therapy Intake and Consent Forms
To ensure you receive the full benefit of your session, please complete the necessary forms beforehand. If forms are not completed in advance, your session time will be shortened, and we cannot extend sessions due to the next client’s appointment.

Direct Billing to Insurance
We offer direct billing to most Extended Health Plans. However, please note the following:
1. Some services may not be eligible for direct billing.
2. If a claim is rejected for any reason, the client is responsible for paying the full amount and must submit the claim manually to the insurance provider.
3. Any amount not covered by the insurance provider will also be the responsibility of the client.

We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept ICBC and WCB patients at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
